A help desk on your site that answers from your own pages.
Your backend sends the visitor's question together with the relevant pages. The instructions say to answer only from them, and to say so when the answer is not there.
neurolism-mediumA business account with its own API keys, prepaid credits and usage visible per key. You pay for what runs, not for seats you hope to fill.
Two of them, running: a help desk that answers from your own pages, and invoices that arrive as rows instead of PDFs. Both are one call in the middle of something that already runs. The companies and data in these examples are made up.

neurolism-mediumA script takes the text of each incoming invoice, asks for the fields as JSON and writes them where your bookkeeping expects them. One prompt instead of a template per supplier.
neurolism-smallA business account is separate from a personal one. Company name, billing address, VAT number if you have one.
Prepaid, so nothing runs up a bill you did not see coming. A credit is one Swiss franc of usage.
One key per environment or per service. Each key can be revoked on its own and reports its usage separately.
An OpenAI-compatible endpoint, so most existing clients work by changing two lines.

Prepaid, in Swiss francs, VAT included. Credit does not expire while the account is active, and what is left is what is left - there is no bonus tier and no minimum per month.
Deducted per token as you use it
Rates are read from the same table that bills your account, so what is printed here is what is deducted. Usage is counted in the tokens the model reports; only a response that comes without them is estimated from its length. There is no separate charge for tool calls, no per-key fee, and no monthly minimum.
Every request is attributed to the key that made it, so you can see which service is spending and stop guessing.
Every top-up produces an invoice you can download, with your VAT number on it, and a copy by email. Swiss VAT is shown separately where it applies.
Requests are processed by the providers named on the imprint, and none of them may train on them. A Swiss server is available for business accounts on request.
Usually after two changes: the address and the key. The endpoint follows the OpenAI format for chat completions.
Yes. With "stream": true the answer arrives piece by piece as server-sent events, in the same format as with OpenAI.
Below one franc of credit, the API answers with status 402 until you top up. Because credit is prepaid, no bill can build up.
Not while the account is active. There is no monthly minimum and no charge for keys that sit idle.
Prepaid credit in Swiss francs, a key per environment, and an invoice for every top-up.
