Can I switch my plan?
Yes, anytime. A change takes effect immediately - after an upgrade the expanded limits and features are available right away, while a downgrade applies from the next day.
How is Enterprise billed?
Enterprise combines a per-user seat price (tiered from CHF 35 at 100 users, minimum 5 users) with usage-based token billing via topped-up credit. You'll find the exact token prices and a pricing calculator on the Enterprise page. Billing runs centrally through your organization - not through personal payment.
Where is my data processed?
All plans transmit data exclusively encrypted (TLS) and store content encrypted (AES-256) on servers only we can access. For Enterprise customers, all processing and storage happen entirely in Switzerland - with identical features and identical quality.
